Services

One point of reference for projects that need both creative direction and technical execution.

When

When I usually get involved.

Companies usually reach out in a few recurring situations, when keeping the experience whole matters more than adding another separate layer.

The most common ones:

01

When time and resources are limited

Some projects need to move fast.

A deadline is close, resources are limited, and there is no time for a traditional sequence of separate steps, teams and handoffs.

In these situations, different parts of the work may need to overlap, inform each other and evolve together: concept, modeling, interface design, software, prototyping, visualization or communication.

Integrated Design can act as an ultra-lean workflow: fewer translations, fewer intermediate steps, less loss of information, and a more direct path from problem to output.

I can enter the project surgically, build what is missing, connect the pieces that need to work together, and help bring a result to the deadline, including the communication material needed to present it.

Outcome Faster progress, fewer handoffs, and a clear result when time or resources are scarce.

02

When physical and digital layers feel disconnected

The problem often appears when the physical product and the digital experience are developed separately.

The object may be well designed, but the interface feels weak.
The interface may be visually good, but it feels added on top of the product rather than belonging to it.
The feedback may work, but it does not create a meaningful experience.

I help shape these layers as one coherent product experience, connecting physical design, interaction, UX, UI, HMI, software prototyping and implementation.

Outcome A product experience that feels coherent in the way it looks, behaves, responds and communicates.

03

When interaction needs to be tested, not imagined

Some interaction ideas cannot be understood through static visuals, diagrams or specifications. They need to move, react, calculate, simulate, generate or respond in real time.

When the process is too rigid, it becomes difficult to test how an interface behaves, how a user feels it, or how different states, inputs and feedback should work together.

Coding is a strong part of my work. I often work close to software engineering, creating interactive prototypes, real-time systems, digital twins, configurators, procedural graphics and custom tools.

Outcome Interfaces and behaviors that can be tested, shown, controlled and experienced instead of only described.

04

When existing tools are not enough

Standard design tools are not always enough for projects that need parametric graphics, procedural modeling, real-time visualization, VR, digital twins or connected workflows.

In these situations, part of the work may involve creating new tools or custom processes. I design and build systems that help teams explore, prototype and communicate complex ideas faster.

Outcome New ways of working when conventional tools slow the project down or limit what can be imagined.

05

When a product, technology or idea is difficult to explain

A product, technology or system may have strong potential, but remain difficult to demonstrate, sell or understand. Sometimes the problem is not the idea itself, but the lack of a clear experience around it.

I help turn that potential into tangible forms: prototypes, demonstrators, digital twins, scenarios, videos, visual systems, presentations and communication material.

Outcome Something people can see, use, understand, believe in and discuss.

06

When strategy needs to become executable

Some strategic directions remain too abstract because they are disconnected from design, prototypes and implementation. A vision may be promising, but if it cannot be explored, visualized, tested or communicated, it remains difficult to move forward.

I help connect long-term thinking with concrete outputs, so strategy becomes something visible, actionable and buildable.

Outcome A clearer path from intention to execution.

How

Ways of working together.

The service map describes what I can work on.
The collaboration levels describe how deeply we work on it.

Each service area can be approached at three different levels:

Assets solve the problem once.
Tools & processes make the solution repeatable.
Strategy makes that capability part of how the organization moves forward.

The deeper the collaboration, the more the process becomes visible, reusable and connected to decision-making.
These modes can overlap depending on what the project needs.

Level 01
Standard design service

Assets

My tools and processes stay mostly on my side. I use them to produce the outputs a project needs and hand over clear, usable material that can support design development, internal decisions, presentations, product exploration or public communication. It is the most direct way to work with me, with focused output a team can put to use straight away.

Main contact A single designer, engineer or developer.

Best when the project needs strong outputs quickly, without changing the client's internal process.

Typical outputs Product concepts · 3D models · Interface graphics · Vector files · Renders · Videos · Presentations · Visual systems · Website assets

Level 02
Advanced design service

Tools & processes

The process becomes part of the value. The tools, workflows and systems I use are not only invisible instruments behind the final output: they can become shared, visible and reusable parts of the collaboration. The client receives not only assets, but also a faster, repeatable way to explore, iterate, prototype and communicate complex ideas.

Main contact A department head or team lead.

Best when the project needs a new workflow, a reusable tool, or a faster way to explore many possibilities.

Typical outputs Custom tools · Parametric systems · Procedural workflows · Digital twins · Real-time prototypes · VR environments · Software tools

Level 03
Strategic design service

Strategy

The collaboration moves closer to vision, positioning and long-term direction. This is not abstract strategy detached from execution: it includes the previous layers, producing whatever is needed to make it visible and testable. The value is in connecting vision with concrete outputs, so decisions rest on what can be seen and refined, not just words.

Main contact A CEO, CTO, CDO or other senior decision-maker.

Best when the project needs direction, positioning or a clearer way to communicate its potential.

Typical outputs Vision frameworks · Product directions · Future scenarios · Strategic narratives · Communication systems · Executive presentations

Where

An accelerator, from the inside.

These services are not a menu of separate deliverables. The value is in connecting them. I work end to end and across disciplines, avoiding the handoffs that slow innovation down.

I do not replace an internal team. I integrate with it: a compact multidisciplinary resource that can move quickly, build working examples, and help a company make its ideas, products or innovation opportunities clearer, more tangible and more impactful.
